Measure Ingredient
\N \N LYNN PODWILS VSGN34A-----
18 ounces Devil's Food Cake mix
2 \N Eggs
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
½ cup Cocoa
\N \N OREO COOKIE FILLING-----
1 pack Knox unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Water -- cold
1 cup Crisco
1 pounds Plus 1 c confectioners' --
\N \N Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
\N \N Nestles Quik powder

OREOS-Combine oreoingredients through cocoa and blend well until you can shape dough into ball. Let stand 20 minutes. Form dough into ½" balls, 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten each with smooth bottom of a drinking glass greased once and dipped into Nestles Quik powder with each cookie. Bake at 400~ for 8 minutes. Remove cookies at once and immediately flatten with back of spatula. Let cool 20 minutes. Oreo Cookie Filling. Soften gelatin in cold water; place in heatproof cup in pan of hot water and allow to completely dissolve.

Meanwhile, beat Crisco until light and fluffy, adding sugar and vanilla. Beat well; about ten minutes. Cool gelatin and beat into filling. The gelatin is used onlyto keep filling in place when spread between cookies. Use about 1 tb of filling.
