|½ cup||Olive oil|
|¼ cup||Lemon juice|
|2 cloves||Garlic, minced|
|2 tablespoons||Butter, melted|
The day before cooking, place chicken in large ziploc bag. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper; pour over chicken. Seal bag and marinate, turning bag several times, 24 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat broiler or heat coals in outdoor grill.
Broil or grill chicken for 30 minutes, tuning once and brushing with melted butter. Place on platter and serve. 4 servings.
