Orchard mince pie

Ingredients

19\" Pie Crust; unbaked
2cupsMedium Apples; peeled and fine chop
1cupPrepared Mincemeat
¾cupLight Cream
¾cupBrown Sugar; packed
¼tablespoonSalt
½cupChopped Nuts

Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and salt. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
