Orchard mince pie

Ingredients

| 1 | 9\" Pie Crust; unbaked | |
| 2 | cups | Medium Apples; peeled and fine chop |
| 1 | cup | Prepared Mincemeat |
| ¾ | cup | Light Cream |
| ¾ | cup | Brown Sugar; packed |
| ¼ | tablespoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Chopped Nuts |
Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and salt. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
