Orange rhubarb

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Chopped rhubarb
½ cup Water
1 cup Sugar
3 ounces Orange gelatin
1 can Mandarin oranges


Boil the rhubarb in water until soft (about 10 minutes). Add sugar and gelatin. Stir in oranges and continue stiring until gelatin is completely disolved. Cool until thickened and serve.
