Yield: 10 Servings
|4 cups||Chopped rhubarb|
|3 ounces||Orange gelatin|
|1 can||Mandarin oranges|
Boil the rhubarb in water until soft (about 10 minutes). Add sugar and gelatin. Stir in oranges and continue stiring until gelatin is completely disolved. Cool until thickened and serve.
