Orange chicken (chat)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Chicken Portions
1 Onion, Peeled and Thinly Sliced
½ teaspoon Dried Rosemary
½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
pinch Turmeric or Paprika
1 pint Unsweetened Orange Juice
2 teaspoons Orange Marmalade
Boiled Rice, Noodles or Potatoes.

TO SERVE

Preheat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4.

Put chicken portions into casserole dish. Sprinkle over onion, rosemary, ginger and turmeric or paprika. Pour over orange juice and stir in marmalade.

Cover and cook for about 45 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Serve with boiled rice, noodles or potatoes.
