North carolina cornmeal crisps

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cornmeal
1¼ cup Boiling water
2 tablespoons Lard, melted
½ teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter by T onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are browned.
