Nogales steak marinade

Ingredients

| 6 | Cloves garlic mashed with | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Kosher salt |
| ¾ | cup | Fresh sour orange juice or |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh orange juice; and |
| ½ | cup | Fresh lime juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Tequila |
| 2 | tablespoons | Ground chile peppers |
| 1 | cup | Fresh cilantro; chopped |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Mexican oregano |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Black pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
Directions
For 3 lbs of meat. Whisk together all ingredients. Puncture meatall over with fork. Refrigerate overnight turining occasionally. Grill 6-8 minutes per side for med rare. Serve with salsa, guacamole, and pickled red onions.
