Nogales steak marinade

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Cloves garlic mashed with
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
¾ cup Fresh sour orange juice or
¼ cup Fresh orange juice; and
½ cup Fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Tequila
2 tablespoons Ground chile peppers
1 cup Fresh cilantro; chopped
1½ teaspoon Mexican oregano
2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Black pepper
¼ cup Olive oil

For 3 lbs of meat. Whisk together all ingredients. Puncture meatall over with fork. Refrigerate overnight turining occasionally. Grill 6-8 minutes per side for med rare. Serve with salsa, guacamole, and pickled red onions.
