No-fuss chocolate cake (non-gebrokts)

Ingredients

cupSugar
5Eggs
½Cocoa
1cupSifted potato starch; ( very important to sift )
1cupGround nuts; ( either walnuts or hazelnuts are good )
½cupOil
1teaspoonVanilla

Directions

Beat eggs and sugar until light in color and thick in texture. Fold in nuts and potato starch. Combine remaining ingredients Pour in lightly oiled 13x 9 baking pan and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
