No-fuss chocolate cake (non-gebrokts)

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 5 | Eggs | |
| ½ | Cocoa | |
| 1 | cup | Sifted potato starch; ( very important to sift ) |
| 1 | cup | Ground nuts; ( either walnuts or hazelnuts are good ) |
| ½ | cup | Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Beat eggs and sugar until light in color and thick in texture. Fold in nuts and potato starch. Combine remaining ingredients Pour in lightly oiled 13x 9 baking pan and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
