No-bake peanut butter and milk chocolate bars

⅓ cup Choc. wafer cookie/graham cracker crumbs
1½ cup Chunky peanut butter
1¼ cup Powdered sugar
⅓ cup Heavy cream or half-and-half
1 cup Milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil or solid short

2. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream with a fork until well blended. Carefully spread evenly over cookie crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 mins.

3. In a 1-cup glass measure combine chocolate chips and oil. Heat in a microwave on Medium 1½ to 2 mins, or until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred.

4. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 1 hour. Cut into 20 bars. Keep refrigerated.
