No-bake cookie crumble cheesecake

1packKnox gelatin
¼cupCold milk
1cupMilk, heated to boiling
2packsCream cheese (8 oz. ea)
½cupSugar
1teaspoonVanilla
½cupChocolate chips
9ouncesGraham cracker crust
1cupCrushed cookies (any kind)

Directions

In a blender, sprinkle knox gelatin over cold milk, let stand two minutes.

Add hot milk and process on low speed for two minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until well blended. Arrange chocolate chips on bottom of crust. Pour gelatin mix into crust. Sprinkle crushed cookies over the top. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 10 servings.
