No bake blueberry cheesecake

2tablespoonsCornstarch
¾cupCold water
1pintFresh blueberries
1Pack (8oz) cream cheese
3tablespoonsConfectioners' sugar
1teaspoonVanilla
1(8\") graham cracker pie
Crust

Directions

Mix sugar & cornstarch in medium sized saucepan. Stir in water until blended. Add 1 cup blueberries. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens & comes to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until berries release their juices. Remove from heat & stir in remaining berries. Cool to room temperature. Beat cheese, confectioners' sugar & vanilla in bowl until well blended. Spread over bottom of crust. Cover with blueberry mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until well chilled.
