2teaspoonsOnion, minced
1teaspoonSesame Seeds
1teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonGarlic Powder
2TbsLemon Juice
1TbLow Cholesterol Mayonnaise

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend at high speed until ingredients are well mixed and mixture has a smooth, creamy texture. Serve with fresh vegetable spears such as celery, carrot sticks, or raw cauliflowerets, cucumber or raw zucchini chunks. May also be used as a spread on your favorite snack crackers.
