Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and milk and boil exactly two minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Then add peanut butter and oats.
Quickly mix and drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. Wait one hour before removing to cookie jar.
