MIX FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS. BRING TO A ROLLING BOIL IN LARGE SAUCE POT. REMOVE FROM HEAT. STIR IN VANILLA AND PEANUT BUTTER UNTIL MELTED. ADD OATS AND STIR WELL. DROP BY TABLESPOON ON WAX PAPER TO COOL.
