New west chicken salad

½ | teaspoon | Ground ginger -- optional |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | cups | Cubed cooked chicken |
1½ | cup | Red seedless grapes |
1 | cup | Sliced celery |
⅓ | cup | Sliced green onions |
½ | cup | Broken walnuts or pecans |
Directions
In a large bowl combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 5½ cups.
