New orleans stew

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 can French style green beans
1 can Petit pois english peas
1 each Jar stuffed olives
16 ounces Can tomatoes
1 can Tomato sauce
2 mediums Onions, chopped
1 pack Elbow or seashell macaroni
1 \N Salt/pepper to taste
1 \N Garlic, minced to taste

Brown meat with onions, drain beans and peas. Add to meat mixture.

Add olives, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. drain. Add to other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a covered casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
