New mexico pasta salad

Ingredients

½cupGreen onion; finely chopped
½smallRed onion; diced
1cupCorn; cooked
½cupBlack beans; cooked
2smallsTomatoes; chopped
½smallRed bell pepper; diced
½smallAnaheim chili pepper; finely diced
3tablespoonsLowfat mayonnaise
¼cupBlack olives; chopped
1Sprig fresh cilantro; minced
½teaspoonRed chile pepper flakes

Directions

Combine all the ingredients, excluding the salt, pepper, olives,cilantro, and chile pepper flakes in a medium-size bowl. Salt and pepper the salad according to individual taste. Serve equal portions of the salad on five salad plates. Garnish with the olives, cilantro, and chile pepper flakes.
