Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Butter flavor crisco |
2 cups | Jif creamy peanut butter |
5 teaspoons | Vanilla |
2 pounds | Powdered sugar |
~ smooth like velvet!
(the richest and best I have ever had - and great for parties and gift-giving as it makes SO much.) Makes a huge batch.
Melt Crisco (watch carefully) and remove from heat. Add peanut butter, stirring until melted. Stir in vanilla. Gradually stir in powdered sugar amd mix until smooth. Pour into a 9 x 13" pan. Allow to set. Cut into squares.
