| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
| 24 | ounces | Chocolate chips |
| 8 | ounces | Hershey chocolate bar, (grated) |
| 3 | cups | Chopped nuts |
Directions

Drop by large teaspoon fuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degree 6 to 8 minutes.
