2Rolled oblongs of puff pastry
1cupPotatoes cooked in vegetable stock
Half cup cooked chopped carrots; sprinkled with

½poundsDiced mutton or lamb

Directions

Put a little olive oil on the pastry and simply take half of the mixed ingredients, put them in the middle and fold over, squeezing the edges together.

Cook in a medium oven for 40 minutes.
