Cornish pasties^

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Ground beef, browned and
\N \N Drained
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Instant beef broth granules
\N \N Dissolved in
¼ cup Water
1 cup Diced peeled potatoes
½ cup Diced carrots
2 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
2 \N Pie crusts

Combine beef, flour, salt, and parsley; stir until well coated. Add vegetables, cook until vegetables are crisp tender. Roll each pie crust into a 12" square; divide into 4-6" squares.
