Cornish pasties^

| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Instant beef broth granules | 
| Dissolved in | ||
| ¼ | cup | Water | 
| 1 | cup | Diced peeled potatoes | 
| ½ | cup | Diced carrots | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Finely chopped onion | 
| 2 | Pie crusts | |
Directions
Combine beef, flour, salt, and parsley; stir until well coated. Add vegetables, cook until vegetables are crisp tender. Roll each pie crust into a 12" square; divide into 4-6" squares.
