Navy bean mushroom saute

3ouncesMushrooms; sliced
3ouncesOnions; sliced
2tablespoonsSafflower oil
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonGarlic; minced
½teaspoonFresh parsley; chopped
3ouncesNavy beans; cooked
3ouncesAmaranth; cooked

Directions

Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until onions are translucent. Add salt, garlic and parsley. Combine with navy beans and amaranth. Mix well and serve warm.
