Navy bean mushroom saute

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Mushrooms; sliced
3 ounces Onions; sliced
2 tablespoons Safflower oil
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Fresh parsley; chopped
3 ounces Navy beans; cooked
3 ounces Amaranth; cooked

Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until onions are translucent. Add salt, garlic and parsley. Combine with navy beans and amaranth. Mix well and serve warm.
