Nam chim taeng kwa (cucumber sauce)

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Water |
| ½ | cup | Vinegar -- white |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Cucumber; peeled -- thin |

| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper, cayenne -- powder |
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine vinegars, water, salt, sugar and boil over high heat. Let cool. Pour sauce over cucumber before service.
Garnish with cayenne powder. Serve with satay.
