Nam chim taeng kwa (cucumber sauce)

Ingredients

½cupVinegar -- rice
¼cupWater
½cupVinegar -- white
1teaspoonSalt
1cupCucumber; peeled -- thin
Slice
½teaspoonPepper, cayenne -- powder

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine vinegars, water, salt, sugar and boil over high heat. Let cool. Pour sauce over cucumber before service.

Garnish with cayenne powder. Serve with satay.
