Nam chim taeng kwa (cucumber sauce)

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Vinegar -- rice
¼ cup Water
½ cup Vinegar -- white
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cucumber; peeled -- thin
\N \N Slice
½ teaspoon Pepper, cayenne -- powder

In a medium saucepan combine vinegars, water, salt, sugar and boil over high heat. Let cool. Pour sauce over cucumber before service.

Garnish with cayenne powder. Serve with satay.
