My pasta rabe

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Olive oil
4 larges Garlic cloves, minced
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4 cups Broccoli rabe (rappini)
9 ounces Fresh pasta (linguini), cooked
¾ cup Parmesan or romano cheese

Saute' garlic, onion and mushrooms in olive oil, until golden. Wash and chop the broccoli rabe (rappini). Steam over boiling water for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta, saute'ed garlic mixture and grated cheese. Serve hot. 6-8 servings.
