Pasta arrabbiata

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Dried red chilies, crumbled
6 eaches Garlic cloves, chopped
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 cup Tomato sauce -=OR=- passata
\N \N Salt & pepper
12 ounces Pasta of your choice
3 tablespoons Parsley, chopped

Warm chilis & garlic in olive oil until the garlic is fragrant. Add the tomato sauce or passata along with the salt & pepper. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Cook pasta till al dente & drain.

Serve pasta tossed with sauce & sprinkled with parsley.
