My beef jerky

Measure Ingredient

½ cup Soya sauce
¼ cup Worchestershire sauce
½ cup Water
¼ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N 4-5 dashes hot pepper sauce (I used 'Cajun Sunshine' pepper sauce which
\N \N I picked up in Safeway a while back)

lean piece of beef (I used a steak I had in the freezer) While meat is still partially frozen, slice in thin slices. Mix all ingredients of marinade together and marinate meat for at least one hour.
