¼cupBrown sugar

¼teaspoonRed pepper flakes

4-5 dashes hot pepper sauce (I used 'Cajun Sunshine' pepper sauce which
I picked up in Safeway a while back)

Directions

lean piece of beef (I used a steak I had in the freezer) While meat is still partially frozen, slice in thin slices. Mix all ingredients of marinade together and marinate meat for at least one hour.
