Mustard/wine marinated lamb chops

Ingredients

| 4 | eaches | Sirloin lamb chops 1\" thick |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Stone ground mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Red wine |
Directions
Rub both sides of chops with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Rub again with mustard just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
