Mushroom-fresh dill salad

| 4½ | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dried mustard |
| Black pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | cup | Cream |
| ½ | cup | Chopped green onions |
| Chopped fresh dill | ||
| 1 | pounds | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Lemon juice to taste | ||
Directions
Mix oil & vinegar well until homogenized. Add mustard & pepper & blend well. Add cream, onions & dill; fold in mushrooms. Add salt & lemon juice to taste.
