Mushroom-fresh dill salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 tablespoons -(up to)
8 tablespoons Safflower oil (up to)
4½ tablespoon Vinegar
1½ teaspoon Dried mustard
\N \N Black pepper to taste
1 cup Cream
½ cup Chopped green onions
\N \N Chopped fresh dill
1 pounds Sliced fresh mushrooms
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Lemon juice to taste

Mix oil & vinegar well until homogenized. Add mustard & pepper & blend well. Add cream, onions & dill; fold in mushrooms. Add salt & lemon juice to taste.
