Mushroom-fresh dill salad

8tablespoonsSafflower oil (up to)
tablespoonVinegar
teaspoonDried mustard
Black pepper to taste
1cupCream
½cupChopped green onions
Chopped fresh dill
1poundsSliced fresh mushrooms
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste

Directions

Mix oil & vinegar well until homogenized. Add mustard & pepper & blend well. Add cream, onions & dill; fold in mushrooms. Add salt & lemon juice to taste.
