Mushroom-chive salad

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Fresh mushrooms, sliced
½ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Snipped fresh chives
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
