Mushroom topped pork chops

Measure Ingredient
⅔ \N Pork chops
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 \N ~~~~~~~topping~~~~~~~~~
1 cup Finely choppped mushrooms
1 tablespoon Margarine
½ cup Onion, finely chopped
1 \N Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
1 \N Black pepper
3 tablespoons Cheddar, grated

Brown chops. Place in ovenproof dish. Saute mushrooms in margarine.

Cool. Mix together everything but cheese. Place on top of pork chops.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese last ten minutes.
