Mushroom & onion combo

Ingredients

12cupsMushrooms, halved (about 2 lbs.)
1Onion, thinly sliced
¼cupChopped fresh basil ( or
4 tsp. dried)
1tablespoonButter, melted
1tablespoonBalsamic or red wine vinegar
½teaspoonEach salt and pepper

Directions

In bowl, toss together mushrooms, onion, basil, butter, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange on large piece of double-thickness heavy-duty foil; fold up sides and seal tightly to form packet.
