Mother murphy's chickenhearted rice

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken hearts
1 large Sweet onion
½ teaspoon Sambal Oelek *
3 teaspoons Sugar
Soy sauce
Butter
3 cups Cooked rice

* chili pepper, garlic Chop onion very coarsely. Saute in butter until onion begins to turn glassy. Add chicken hearts, cook until done. Add soy sauce to taste, Sambal Oelek, and sugar. Serve over rice.
