Monte carlos

Measure Ingredient
8 slices Bread
2 \N Eggs; beat
4 slices Mozzeralla cheese
4 slices Processed american cheese; (I use low fat)
4 slices Cooked ham
4 slices Turkey breast

1. Dip one side of two slices of bread in egg and place in hot, oiled fry pan

2. Add one slice of american cheese and slice of ham to top of one slice of bread; Add one slice of mozzeralla cheese and turkey breast to the other 3. Let cook until egg on bottom is slightly golden 4. Carefully flip one topped slice of bread over onto the other (the heat will finish melting the cheese) 5. Repeat for other sandwiches

Serves 4

Note: these are very filling and are great served with carrot and celery sticks.
