Mongolian bq

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Sliced onions
\N \N Carrots; grated
\N \N Waterchestnuts; sliced
\N \N Green onions; chopped
\N \N Bean sprouts; fresh
\N \N Mushrooms; fresh
\N \N Bamboo shoots; sliced
\N \N Celery; sliced
\N \N Soy sauce; lots
\N \N Sesame oil
\N \N Garlic salt water; see notes
\N \N Beef; sliced thin
\N \N Pork; sliced thin
\N \N Chicken; sliced thin
\N \N White water; see notes

Cook bean sprouts and mushrooms in oil and butter.

For each person, each person takes what they want and fry in oil and soy sauce.

Get won tongs. fry along or fold over & stuff with meat and veggies.

Put 2 won tongs on top one after other filling then seal. fry or drop in soup

NOTES : Garlic water: ⅓ cup garlic juice, ½ cup water and 2 teaspoons sugar.
