Mom falcon's pot roast (credit to my mother-in-law)

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Eye of round roast (or bottom round or whatever)
\N \N Kitchen Bouquet
\N \N Garlic powder
\N \N Pepper
½ cup Hot water

Brush eye of round roast (or bottom round or whatever) with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Brown roast on all sides.

Put roast in Ducth oven with ½ cup hot water. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2½ hours, adding more water as necessary. Use the juice in left in the Dutch oven to make gravy.
