Molly mcbutter lite* fettucine alfredo

1⅓cupSkim milk, divided
2teaspoonsAll purpose flour
2tablespoonsFat free cream cheese
1cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoon+ 2 tsp. Molly McB Natural Butter flavor sprinkles
4cupsHot cooked fettuccine
2teaspoonsChopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground pepper

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine minced garlic and 1 cup skim milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Stir in flour and remaining ⅓ cup milk. Continue stirring for about 2 minutes until thickened. Add fat free cream cheese. Whisk vigorously until smooth Cook for 2 minutes. Add grated Parmesan cheese; whisk until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in Molly McButter. Pour the sauce over hot cooked fettuccine. Garnish with fresh parsley and black pepper. (Makes 4 1 cup servings) * 66% less fat than a regular Fettucine Alfredo recipe.
