Molasses squares

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Butter or butter substitute
⅓ cup Molasses
⅓ cup Water
\N \N Few grains salt

Combine ingredients and boil to soft crack stage (275 ~ 280 F). Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut in squares when nearly cold.
