Mock chicken fried steak

| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Onion;finely chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili Powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Worcestershire |
| 1 | pounds | Ground Beef;lean |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
Directions
Combine egg, ½ cup cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder, salt and worcestershire. Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape into six patties ½' thick. Coat with remaining cracker crumbs.
Fry in hot olive oil over medium-high heat about 3 minutes each side.
Serve with milk gravy.
