Mixed seafood salad with fresh wasabi vinaigrette

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Fresh grated wasabi
\N \N (can substitite with 1 tbspn fresh
\N \N Horseradish and 2 tspns wasabi powder)
1 tablespoon Thin soy sauce
\N \N Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Sugar
⅓ cup Canola oil
\N \N Salt; to taste
¼ pounds Picked crab meat
2 \N Lobster tails; cut in halves
12 larges Shrimp; peeled, deveined
4 cups Mizuna
4 \N Ripe Roma tomatoes; sliced
1 pack Daikon sprouts

In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the oil.

Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with daikon sprouts. This recipe yields 4 servings.
