¼ pounds | Picked crab meat |
2 \N | Lobster tails; cut in halves |
12 larges | Shrimp; peeled, deveined |
4 cups | Mizuna |
4 \N | Ripe Roma tomatoes; sliced |
1 pack | Daikon sprouts |
In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the oil.
Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with daikon sprouts. This recipe yields 4 servings.
