Mixed seafood salad with fresh wasabi vinaigrette

Ingredients

(can substitite with 1 tbspn fresh
Horseradish and 2 tspns wasabi powder)
1tablespoonThin soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1teaspoonSugar
cupCanola oil
Salt; to taste
¼poundsPicked crab meat
2Lobster tails; cut in halves
12largesShrimp; peeled, deveined
4cupsMizuna
4Ripe Roma tomatoes; sliced
1packDaikon sprouts

Directions

In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the oil.

Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with daikon sprouts. This recipe yields 4 servings.
