Missouri barbecued ribs

| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |

| 2 | teaspoons | Paprika |
| 2 | teaspoons | Toasted ground cumin seeds |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 6 | pounds | Spareribs |
Directions
MARINADE
1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a large screw-top jar and shake vigorously. Brush the mixture over the ribs and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
2. Cook on grill, burshing with sauce every 15 or 20 minutes. Serve remaining sauce, heated with the ribs.
