Mississippi mud cake 2

Yield: 1 cake

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Margarine
4 tablespoons Cocoa
1½ cup Flour (self-rising)
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Evaporated milk
4 \N Eggs
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Nuts (chopped)
10 ounces Marshmallows (miniature)
½ cup Cocoa
1 pounds Confectioners sugar

FROSTING

Melt margarine and cocoa together; add to eggs and sugar. Add salt, flour and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees. Spread a 10 ounce package of miniature marshmallows on cake while hot.

Frosting: Melt together butter, evaporated milk, and cocoa. Pour over confectioners sugar; spread over cake.
