Yield: 1 cake
|1½ cup||Flour (self-rising)|
|½ cup||Evaporated milk|
|2 cups||Nuts (chopped)|
|10 ounces||Marshmallows (miniature)|
|1 pounds||Confectioners sugar|
Melt margarine and cocoa together; add to eggs and sugar. Add salt, flour and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees. Spread a 10 ounce package of miniature marshmallows on cake while hot.
Frosting: Melt together butter, evaporated milk, and cocoa. Pour over confectioners sugar; spread over cake.
