| 2 | Eggs; well beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 18 | Soda crackers; finely rolled | |
| ½ | pounds | Cheddar cheese; grated |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
Directions
Combine eggs, crackers, and ¼ cup milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add cheese, salt and 1-½ cups milk. Stir. Butter a 1 quart casserole. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake at 350ø for 50 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
