Miss mary willard's cheese pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs; well beaten
¼ cup Milk
18 \N Soda crackers; finely rolled
½ pounds Cheddar cheese; grated
¼ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Milk

Combine eggs, crackers, and ¼ cup milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add cheese, salt and 1-½ cups milk. Stir. Butter a 1 quart casserole. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake at 350ø for 50 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
