Mint carrot pineapple salad

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Fat Free Plain Yogurt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh Mint Leaves; Chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Honey |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground Cumin |
| 3 | cups | Leaf Lettuce; Torn Into Bite Sized Pieces, About 1/2 Large Head |
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients except the lettuce in a glass or plastic bowl, blending well. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the lettuce.
