1tablespoonChopped fresh cilantro
2teaspoonsFresh lime juice
1Serrano pepper; Seeded and chopped
24Bite-sized round tortilla chips
½cupShredded lettuce
24smallsShrimp cooked; shelled & deveined -or-
½cupChopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
¼cupFinely chopped red bell pepper

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile; blend well.

2. Spread about ½ teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop.

Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
