Mini seafood tostadas

Ingredients

| 4 | ounces | Neufchatel cheese; Softened | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh cilantro | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Fresh lime juice | 
| 1 | Serrano pepper; Seeded and chopped | |
| 24 | Bite-sized round tortilla chips | |
| ½ | cup | Shredded lettuce | 
| 24 | smalls | Shrimp cooked; shelled & deveined -or- | 
| ½ | cup | Chopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat | 
| ¼ | cup | Finely chopped red bell pepper | 
Directions
1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile; blend well.
2. Spread about ½ teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop. 
Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
