1 tablespoon | Chopped fresh cilantro |
2 teaspoons | Fresh lime juice |
1 | Serrano pepper; Seeded and chopped |
24 | Bite-sized round tortilla chips |
½ cup | Shredded lettuce |
24 smalls | Shrimp cooked; shelled & deveined -or- |
½ cup | Chopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat |
¼ cup | Finely chopped red bell pepper |
1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile; blend well.
2. Spread about ½ teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop.
Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
