Gourmet seafood tacos

Measure Ingredient
1 can Tuna; crabmeat or salmon, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ cup Celery; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Onion; finely chopped
2 tablespoons MexiCasa Taco Relish
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
1 pack MexiCasa Taso Shells; (10)
\N \N Cheddar Cheese; grated
\N \N Shredded lettuce
\N \N Chopped tomato

In a small bowl, combine tuna, parsley, lemon juice, celery, onion, relish and mayonnaise. Heat taco shells according to package directions. Spoon filling into taco shells; garnish with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
