Measure Ingredient
30 slices Party rye bread
¼ cup Creamy Dijon style mustard
\N \N Blend
4 ounces Thinly sliced cooked corn
\N \N Beef
1 can (8oz) sauerkraut, rinsed,
\N \N Drained and snipped
½ teaspoon Caraway seed
1 cup Finely shredded Swiss
\N \N Cheese

Lightly toast bread slices under broiler on a cookie sheet, about 1 minute each side.

Spread lightly with mustard, top with a slice of meat, combined sauerkraut and caraway seed and cheese. Broil 4-5" from heat 1-2 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
