1cupSauerkraut; well drained
4ouncesSmoked turkey breasts; thinly sliced
4ouncesCorned beef brisket; thinly sliced
½cupThousand island salad dressing
Sweet pickles

Arrange about 10 slices of party bread on plate. Thinly slice cheese to fit bread. Top with about 2 teaspoons of sauerkraut. Top sauerkraut with turkey or corned beef. On top of this add a scant teaspoon of dressing. (These may be made up to 2 hours in advance if refrigerated). Assemble remaining appetizers. When ready to serve, microwave one plate at MEDIUM for 5 to 6 minutes or till cheese is melted, rotating once during cooking. Repeat with remaining appetizers. Garnish with sweet pickles. Makes 36.
