Minced lamb kebabs

Measure Ingredient
500 grams Minced lamb; (1lb 2oz)
1 \N Clove garlic; peeled and minced
\N \N Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons Soft white breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
2 \N Eggs beaten

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Force the mixture on to kebab sticks so that it is wrapped around the centre section of each stick like a large sausage. Arrange the sticks across the top of a baking tray so that the kebabs are suspended and the fat can run out below into the baking tray.

Put in a hot oven at 190øC/375øF/gas mark 5 for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and crisp on the outside. Serve hot.
