Mexican stuffed sausages

| 12 | Thick sausages | |
| ¾ | cup | Mild tomato salsa |
| ¾ | cup | Tasty cheese |
| ½ | cup | Light sour cream |
| Corn chips and salad; to serve | ||
Directions
Grill or barbecue the sausages for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Cut the sausages open to butterfly, spoon the salsa on top of each sausage, top with cheese and grill for 3-4 minutes. Pile sausages onto plates, top with sour cream and corn chips. Serve with salad.
